On this day some friends and I did a day hike from Salento, Colombia through the Cocora Valley. Half way through the hike passing waterfalls, beautiful creeks and streams we stopped at the top for some cheese and hot chocolate (Chocolate con queso) then hiked down through the breath taking views of the super tall palm trees of the Cocora Valley.
